ENHANCED PACKAGE
WHAT IS OUR ENHANCED PACKAGE?
Our setting is situated within 14 acres of beautiful grounds and housed in a purpose-built nursery facility—features that significantly enhance the experience and opportunities available to the children in our care. However, the costs associated with maintaining these facilities and delivering an exceptional standard of care and education extend well beyond what government funding is intended to provide.
It is important to note that the funding received for childcare has never been intended to cover the cost of consumables, meals or additional services. Therefore, we are permitted to request a contribution for each funded session your child attends. This package is offered as a single unit.
Our enhanced package is intended to support the provision of a range of items and services which, while not covered by the funding, are essential to the day-to-day care and wellbeing of the children. These include—but are not limited to—meals, snacks, sun cream, nappies, toiletries, and access to our additional on-site facilities. Such items play a vital role in ensuring that every child enjoys a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment.
If you wish to opt out of our enhanced package or have any questions, please contact the office for our alternatives policy. Please note we require a terms notice to process any opt out requests.
The package cost is £20 a day. This is broken down into –

- £5 Consumables
- £3 Extra Curricular Activities
HOW THIS LOOKS
Your fees are calculated on a day rate, and therefore, your monthly invoice will fluctuate depending on the days your child attends the setting and the number of days in a month. The example below is based on a week including the Enhanced Package Charge. This includes food, consumables, and extra curricular activities.

PRIVATE FEE INFORMATION
All prices include formula milk, nappies, wipes, sun cream (Selected Brands) our Sing and Sign Classes and our Tiny Tekkers multisport classes.
All meals, snacks and drinks are also included.

Lingfield Nursery School offer childcare on a full day basis with a requirement of a minimum of 2 full days per week.
Discounts
We offer a 5% discount for any children attending full time
We offer a 7% Sibling Discount for each child.

We will not charge you for Bank Holidays or any full days that we close.
Additional Rates
Early session 7.30am to 8am – £13.00
Early session 7.45am to 8am – £10.00
Charge for cheque and cash payments – £5
Staff Training
Our understanding of what makes effective care is always evolving, providing staff training will help them adapt their practices to the most up to date standards in the field. To be able to offer this we will closing the nursery between 3:30-3:45pm twice a year. We will let you know the dates in advance, where possible we can offer these funded hours elsewhere availability dependant.
